Robert- that is a beautiful lake home.  I hope you are wrong about it turning into a foreclosure.  The lending rules are tough right now, but maybe it will keep us out of this kind of trouble down the road if they are only lending to really truly qualified borrowers.

 I would like to thank everyone for their comments and yes the Banks really are a big part of why homes go into fore-closer and I can not believe the government even allowed these types of loans to happen. That is unless the Government had their hand in the (cookie jar)!
