Hi Aundrea -- what type of financing are you finding in your area for vacant homesties... particularly zoned commercial?
There's not alot of creative financing for this type of property. Most loans have to be conventional/construction loans and they are requiring 20% down. Makes business take a downward spiral when this happens. Hope things get better with all financing in the future...I'm looking forward to when things get back to normal here in Kentucky.
