Finding extra time in your busy day.

If  I could offer you one suggestion that could give you 1-2 hours a day, everyday just by following a simple plan of action, would you do it?

Ok here it is:

Don't watch TV.   TV numbs the brain and dominates ours consciousness.

That's right, Americans watch on average 4 hours of TV a day!  They have the TV running in the background most of the waking hours of their daily lives.

If you want to be instantly more productive, alert, educated, and family oriented, turn off the tube.  You will be astounded at the difference the change makes in your life.

Spend the time reading books, magazines, or newspapers, play with the kids, or spend time with your spouse.   If you want to spend the extra time working then talk to previous customers, take some kind of classes related to a hobby you've always loved but never had time for, or anything else that strikes your fancy.

Remember!  Life is a journey.  Open the windows and enjoy the breeze.

Technology bringing you home.
The only thing I could figure out was to stick to the agenda- do not get side tracked.  That was the biggest thing that gave me extra time during the day.  It was either that or wake up earlier....hmmm.. easy choice!

It's amazing the amount of work that can be accomplished when the tv is turned off.  No distractions mean more productivity.  Great post.
