This past week 23 single family homes sold in Columbus Ga. Fifty three homes came new on the market and thirteen came back on the market. (Disregard all figures to the right of the Single Family heading, these figures represent areas outside of the Columbus Ga City Limits).
What is surprising to me are not the numbers of how many, what I found interesting are the comparison columns of Listing Price and Sold Price. To me the comparison of these two columns tells me that the Listing Agents did their homework and priced the home correctly. My hats off to you all for a job well done.
