DESCRIPTION

Absolutely adorable little house in Hawaiian Acres! 3 gorgeous acres of Ohias and ginger, with the added amenities of ti, citrus, anthuriums, pitcher plants and so much more!

This lovely home is set back from the road at the end of a nice long driveway, (home is not visible from the roadway) lined with blooming tropical plants and freshly graveled.

The large lanai is screened in and very comfortable, the laundry area is located on the lanai making it convenient to resolve this chore but not heating up the entire home.

This property is a "Green" home and the state of the art Solar system provides the majority of the homes need for electricity, surplus is sent to Helco as part of the Net metering program. The monthly electric bills are very very low, often under $25.00.

Cute!  This is different.  What does the $4/month HOA cover there?  Good luck with a fast sale!

Sincerely,

Kathleen

oh my goodness, I had no idea you could even find a cool little retreat like that in Hawaii for such a remarkably low price.  Is that failry common there?

I found the area on google maps.  Which crossroad is it near and I will see if I can spy it from the sky.

Mahalo everyone!

Yes, you can purchase Hawaii this affordably (everyone is always amazed at how low the prices are!)...especially the Big Island!

Kathleen; The $4.00 a month HOA fee is actually a voluntary road maintenance fee. Most of the roads are graded and/or cindered, just like being graveled except with volcanic cinder rock.

It is wonderful to live in Hawaii Rosalinda, the Big Island is a very special place, we have 11 of the 13 recognized climates on this one island! And our very own Volcano!

Robert; the cross streets are, Ale Road (also known as F Road) and Opeapea Road (also known as Road 7)...I don't know if Google maps has enough zoom out here in the islands...let us know!

I forwarded this info on to a relative of mine.  They go to Hawaii every spring, so perhaps they are smart enough to make an investment there.
