Just a few miles to the North West of Clare, MI, sits a woodland retreat that many have not heard of. You can purchase wooded lots that range between 3/4 of an acre to some larger acreage parcels starting at $5,500! The dues are $375 a year per lot and you may camp on your lots. There are 3 lakes that you are deeded access to inside the 1,000+ acre association. Holiday Lake features the most remote and private member area with a large beach, barbeque grill and picnic pavilion. It's stocked with Bass and several species of pan fish. Timber Lake features a large beach area with picnic tables and barbeque grills. The land slopes dramatically towards the lake just past the picnic and parking areas providing a spectacular view. Timber Lake is stocked with Perch, Pike, and Bass. White Birch Lake is stocked with Walleye, Pike and Trout and is often visited by Loons and Wood Ducks.
There is also a clubhouse on White Birch Lakes of Clare for members, which features an indoor pool, put put golf course, tennis courts, and is open year round. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings around the fireplace with other association members!
White Birch has a campground for exclusive use by members and their guests. It features campsites for trailers, campers, or tents, electrical hook-up, playground and restroom's with showers. The homes range from $60,000 to $300,000 waterfront homes.
