First Snow Of The Season In Logan Utah!

By
Real Estate Agent with Parker Real Estate Services P.C. (Logan Utah Real Estate)

Logan Utah is such a beautiful place to live.  One of my favorite things about Logan, UT is how beautiful every season is.  Last night there was a storm and our mountain tops were grazed with the beautiful white snow this morning!  While summer has been warm and fun, I love the contrast the snow makes on the mountain peaks.  It probably won't stay long, but it will be back soon!

Logan Utah real estate market is one of the best in the nation right now.  It is a growing community, while still a safe place to live.  There are many different reasons people choose to move to Logan Utah, some include:

  • Utah State University
  • Safe Environment
  • Out-Door Recreation (hiking, mountain biking, camping, horse-back riding, jogging trails, close to lakes and dams for boating/water activities, snow skiing, snowmobiling, RV trails, etc.)
  • Utah Festival Opera Company
  • Dining For All Preferences
  • Golf Courses
  • Reasonable Travel Distance To Salt Lake City Utah and Other Larger Cities
  • Great Place For People Needing A Cooler Place During Summer Heat
  • Retirement Communities
  • Townhomes and Apartments Available
  • Residential Properties For All Lifestyles (bungalows, horse properties, large lots, small lots, queit neighborhoods, USU school communities, etc.)

Logan sure does sound nice.  Send some of your snow to Maryland - I LOVE it.

I like snow, what I can wait for is when it starts sticking to the Valley floor and driving becomes slower.  But when that happens the ski resorts open, so that is an okay payoff.
