Sharon,

you always come withh such nice and interesting photographs. I looked at it, and suddenly thought about my childhood and time in the Caucassus.

Konnie, it's where one of my dearest friends lives and the canal goes to her home. Anna Maria Island has kept its old Florida charm.

Jon, I'm glad the photograph brought back a childhood memory. Thank you. This photograph is just so relaxing.

I Net, it is? Then do I need a Release? lol

CaryRealEstate, they were resting - they started paddling later. Good observation.

Tony & Darcy, it is a wonderful place to live - we were visiting but I could definitely live there!

Mike, thanks. I love taking photos of the water.

Caron, alligators can be anywhere in Florida - but they usually don't bother people unless they come near a nest or people have been feeding them.

Steve, it is the real Florida. Thanks!

Hi Frank & Sharon.  Very pretty indeed.  It reminds me of the time I was looking at homes in Florida when considering a job offer there.  I loved the homes right on a canal.
