YOUR PROBLEMS ARE NOT INSURMOUNTABLE
Locate that which is holding you back. It may be lead generation or perhaps follow through. Maybe organization has been a problem for you or time management issues. Locate the exact area that is holding you back and look for a solution. Read what others are doing to succeed. Ask others in your office who may not have a problem with a given area. Sometimes brainstorming sessions with fellow agents can be very helpful. Training is always a great answer if you find a course that will deal with your particular area of difficulty. Never forget the problems you face in your business are not insurmountable and an answer can be found if you decide to look closely for it.
