What an end to the month of October! Business has really picked up. 3 of my listings had Short Sales approved in the last 2 weeks. While the negotiations can be lengthy and difficult, it is an area I am quite comfortable working in.
Click here for a short video I created regarding short sales. 3 of my customers will now be liberated from terribly unfortunate circumstances and have a much brighter outlook as we enter the 4th quarter of a challenging 2009. In football, games are won and lost in the final quarter, sometimes down to the last minute. It's only too late to resolve an issue when you run out of time.
With that in mind, I am firmly committed to having an excellent end of the year sales run, and ask you to join me in finishing the year strong as a springboard to a great 2010!
