Hello Karin and Ellen. Thanks for looking - but no, I make a lot of mistakes when typing but I try NEVER to make a mistake when it comes to the price of a home (lol). This home is located in the city of Altoona (a very small "city") and the prices are very affordable. This is not the typical house - this home is totally amazing, charming, ornate and HUGE (about 5,000 sq. ft.). The price is 176,000. Now, aren't you tempted to move to Altoona, PA???

Hi Nancy ~ Knock me over with a feather! No wonder out-of-staters sometimes look like they want to cry when they get a look at our real estate market.  And low taxes too - mind boggling. Now I know where I want to move to - Altoona PA!

Hi Debe,

Hi Liz ,

Yes, wouldn't you think that this would "fly off the market" ??? The average DOM in this area is 128 days. This is a unique home with a lot of sq. ft. and with 3 kitchens... which are all gorgeous (it is a single family home). The main objection - "it's just too big".....stunning,gorgeous, beautiful.. "too much house"!!  Hey (light bulb moment) wouldn't you two like to buy this for a vacation get away????? Look at those pics again!!! LOL!!!

You mention above that you have more pictures. I would appreciate seeing them. I am not in a position to by right away, but my husband and I are considering it. I have always wanted a large house with Victorian character.

Thank you for your time,

IS this home still on the market?  IS the price negotiable?
