BUYING FORECLOSED HOME LEADS TO DEATH

I specialize in assisting people in purchasing homes from the court house steps. One must be highly skilled to work in this area of real estate. One must make decisions at a rapid pace. An investor purchased a home from the court house steps this week. There are times investors purchase homes with the current owners still occupying the home. Many people have decided to just wish this whole problem away. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Two people bought an investment home from court house steps. They were eager to see inside. Well, the person inside the house was not so pleasant. He fired four shots at them for trespassing on his property. This gentleman was 64 years old and was standing his ground. The person was intoxicated during this incident. Phoenix police tried to subdue the person with rubber bullets. However, this did not work. Then, he started shooting at the police. This is when a policeman shot back and killed the man.

I've encountered "egyptians" before.  Those that are in d'nile.  However, it wasn't with such a dramatic and final ending.

Wow. If the home is occupied when they buy it from the courthouse steps I would hope that the first thing the investor would do is get an eviction notice carried out by the local law enforcement officers.

Maybe if the occupant would have dealt with the officers initially it might have helped to avoid a standoff.
