This company is from Boston, MA and advertises guaranteed sales based on the appointments that you purchase from them. Their address is 955 Massachusetts Ave Bldg 331, Cambridge, MA 02139. However, when I conducted a google maps search, it showed a UPS store front.
They tell you that they will make calls to schedule appointments for whatever you need, whether it is for mortgage loans, insurance leads, or workplace benefits, and you will pay up front for a certain amount of guaranteed sales. In my case, it was for 7 guaranteed sales for voluntary workplace benefits to companies located in Western New York. I paid them and they never made a single appointment for me to even go to, let alone make the sale. Plus, they do not return calls once you pay them. Prior to paying them I did some basic research looking for them to show up on BBB or on the www.RipoffReport.com website. The company began business in May of 2009 and it was the beginning of July that they contacted me, so there were no complaints listed yet. After not receiving any scheduled appointments by August, I investigated them again and found 6 complaints on both sites at that were posted by the end of July. I was fortunate to receive my money back from my bank after I filed a fraud complaint. My bank actually reversed the automatic transaction somehow, but I also had to change my account so that they cannot attempt to debit me again. Hopefully no one else gets victimized by this company. I just cannot understand how some individuals think that fraud is a better way to conduct business rather than by doing it legitimately.
