Why should you use me as your realtor if you are interested in a tear down? Let me give you a perfect example. I had a client interested in a 1 acre lot, but his price limit was $1 million. There was nothing available in this range. Every 1 acre lot was about $1.5 million. However, there was a 2 acre lot for $2.2 million available. I also had a second investor looking for a 1 acre lot, also in the $1 million range. So I introduced the investors, talked about purchasing together and putting in a $2 million offer, then subdividing the 2 acre lot into two 1 acre lots after the purchase, and away we went!
