The Best Weather in The World!!!!

By
Real Estate Agent with ERA Matt Fischer Realtor

Where is that you might ask? well I have lived in many places in the good ol' USA and even out of the country as well and have seen all climates.  I do have to brag though about my hometown Yuma, AZ.  Yes it may be hot in the summer for about 3 months it can be between 108 and 120(sometimes even hotter) but that I will more than take to reach the majority of the year which is between 50 and 90. Especially now we are beginning our so called winter it being October 3rd and I am heading to the golf course on a beautiful sunny 95 degree day.  There is of course the other convenient things about Yuma like the convenience to places like San Diego, Phoenix, and Mexico which are all short drives away and the very affordable home prices but this post is about the weather so I am going to leave it at that.

I'm glad you like Yuma, but I had to comment- we grew up in Yuma, and are NEVER living in the desert again. We now live in Payson with four seasons. Today is 70s and gorgeous!

We used to work for ERA Matt Fisher Realty. Business was good in Yuma.

Payson is beautiful.  Those two cities aren't quite a fair comparison though.  I have relatives in Minneapolis, MN who get 4 seasons as well and they can keep them cause at least 2 out of the 4 are horrible!  I know many people like the snow but I just can understand living where it can get to 50 below!  call me crazy I guess I just like sun 330 days a year.

I am envying your weather right now.  Usually Fall is a gorgeous time of year here but right now it's just cold and wet.  As someone who grew up in Jamaica I sometimes wonder what crazy thing made me move North.

Lake Chapala

Chapala Downtown Chapala Lake Chapala

Lake Chapala is Rated by National Geographic as one of the Bests Climates in the World ...

Chapala and Ajijic The semi-tropical climate in Lake Chapala, Mexico is probably the first major attraction to the area. This pre-colonial village in Western Mexico's Sierra Madre mountains makes for unparalleled living in a quaint Mexican village with all the services and amenities of lovely Guadalajara, Mexico's second-largest city, only about 30 minutes away.

If you are going to sell your home, don't bother with reiinancfng. Only do that if you are going to be staying there. 8.25% is almost twice what the going interest is now, so, if you do stay and can refi, you would be saving a lot of money!Realtor commission is typically 6%. Interview a few realtors to see which one is the right fit for you. Ask your friends or relatives for references of realtors they know or have used. If you don't have anyone who can give a good reference, you would have to go with whom you feel has the best plan of action to sell your place when you interview the realtors.
