Vancouver has once again been named one of the best cities in the world to live in, and is the top Canadian city for men to call home, according to AskMen's Top 29 Best Cities To Live In list. AskMen compiled the rankings based on a myriad of factors like the rate of employment in the city, how many single, college-educated women live there, how late pubs and bars are open, and even the cost of a pint of beer.

Vancouver comes in at number 11, while Toronto and Montreal take spots 15 and 20, respectively. Vancouver was chosen for its "temperate climate, tolerant sociocultural environment, cleanliness, and economy," also scoring points for its beautiful natural scenery, recreational options and of course the upcoming 2010 Olympics. See Vancouver's results here.
Chicago took first place on this year's list for its abundance of both cultural and professional sporting , events, a vibrant entertainment scene and world famous pizza, Italian beef and hot dogs. Maybe that will compensate for not getting the Olympics? Hmm I doubt it.....Barcelona, San Francisco, London, and Sydney rounded out the top five. See all results here.
There you have it.... Sorry we don't have a list of the most livable places for the ladies, but the good news is that maybe soon we'll have an influx of eligible guys relocating to Vancouver, and then I won't have to move to Toronto :)
