Although it can be a painstaking process It is always wiser to choose the short sale route
I am getting some good formal short sale training later this month. Maybe then I can be more excited about taking short sale listings.
Then there's pay slips, comps, and sometimes other requests, like arms length transaction, relationship disclosures, etc.
Thanks for the information. IT is funny how just having simple information on hand can make the process all the more palatable.
