By
Real Estate Agent with Port City Realty 54149

Less than a week before the 38th Annual National Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores Alabama starts.

October 8th - 11thGulf Shores Alabama

The festival will be held right on the beautiful Gulf beaches.

There will be over 300 vendors of fine art, arts & crafts and of course lots of great seafood!

Live entertainment starts 10:00 on Thursday morning, October 8th.

This is a really fun festival for people of all ages and tastes. I go almost every year and there is no more beautiful place to enjoy a festival.

Besides the festival Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Foley Alabama have so much to offer. From the beaches to the fabulous restaurants. Then there is the nightlife (including the Florabama). And in Foley you have some great outlet shopping.

I would like to invite everyone who has not had the opportunity to visit the  gulf beaches of Alabama to come on down.

I will be right there, one of the best festivals around. I do wish the parking was better though.

That's where renting a condo in walking distance comes in handy.

Julie - What a great time of year to hold a shrimp festival. I'm sure the weather will be great.

The only thing better than a shrimp festival would have to be a crab and/or oyster festival.  Can you tell I like seafood?  Ummmm, think I need to go to the store now.

That looks like a riot.  How can you go wrong with seafood and arts and crafts.

It was fabulous. The weather was hot, but beautiful. Great food. Lots of crafts. I stages with some really good entertainment. I went three of the four days. I bet the record is going to show that this was one of their best years ever.
