When leads come into an office with many agents, I am not so sure the distribution of these leads is done fairly. I would like to have input regarding how this process works in your office.

Well Rick we get all of our own sign calls.  So if it's my listing it's my lead.  Second - we have Power Hour every weekday morning at 9am sharp.  If you are there you get leads.  Simple, fair and equitable.

I generate my own leads and don't worry about what the office is doing. I tell my broker to only send my listing leads and give the newbies some leads.

In many offices...it is who "sits at the right hand of the manager" and if you think otherwise...it is probably wishful thinking...or a manager who is less than honest about how many, how frequent they are...been there and done that...Call us...we'll tell you about the virtues of our new and improved broker where that is the rule..all leads are distributed equally to everyone who wants them...it's fair....and many brokers are not.
