It wasn't until this past weekend that I fully realized the stress on a homeowner trying to find a renter on their own. I spoke with a couple who have been trying to rent out their home for months, and to sum up how they were feeling in one word...frustrated. They both have full time jobs, and the stress of finding a qualified tenant was starting to take its toll.
