Okay, I NEVER (well, in public) ask for help, so you know I must really need it, right? Let me give you a little background on my problem:
In the course of my time here on AR, I have learned many valuable lessons. Most importantly, it is being definitive about your services and business model. So, with my niche ready to carve, I have been refocusing my business to service mostly vacants, builder's models and investment properties along with some occupied consulting work. Prior to this, I attempted to be everything to everyone as there were not too many stagers around and my tagline reflected it. I have not changed it yet as I still have plenty of business cards and print material that carry it. But now, I am forced to make the change.
I made a huge leap of faith and purchased an enclosed trailer to deliver my inventory to these properties and am having it lettered very soon with my logo and tagline. This is where my problem is. My current tagline is "Staged to Sell, or Staged to Live, It's all in the Details." Well, I am attempting to eliminate the 'stage to live' services and only do redesign as it applies to preparing homes to sell. I don't want to pull a trailer around that advertises that I work on homes that are not going to market.
I want to keep the 'all in the details' portion of the tagline, but am stumped as to how to convey what I do in so few words. Any marketing gurus out there who want to help a girl out?
