Just an update to let you know two critical things that I am doing for my current sellers. I just submitted four exquisite properties to a regional edition (containing only high end Florida properties) of PORTFOLIO magazine which will be inserted into an upcoming Friday issue of the Wall Street Journal, reaching the most affluent subscribers in the targeted areas of Manhattan & Chicago. This will be vital exposure beyond Vero Beach because a likely buyer of high end homes will be someone who lives elsewhere.
Also, I just submitted my next full page ad for the Vero Beach Magazine November '09 issue which has an estimated readership of 25,000 and is the only magazine distributed to the hotels on the beach where the out of town buyers tend to stay.
No other agent in town takes out an ad in the Vero Beach Magazine on their own like me! In fact, no other agent in town advertises in so many places, online and in print. I am of the attitude that I must continually work to find a buyer for the properties entrusted to me to sell. I work 14 hour days and make it a priority to update my sellers on a regular basis. I don't mind spending the money to find the buyers!
