Does Anyone Know A Blog Guru?

Over the years I have gotten by knowing just enough about technology. These days, I really want to take my blogging/website's to another level. From changing hosts to HTML, to MYSQL to FTP, I need help from someone that knows what they are doing and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Someone that really knows Wordpress, a variety of Wordpress themes and knows how to upload, configure, add widgets and other computer geek stuff. Do you know someone that meets those requirement? My aplogies in advance, I know this is a real estate social network but I figured this group may be able to help me out.
