Green Hills Real Estate  - Sales of homes in Green Hills were much better in the month of September with 26 closings compared to just 14 in August. The average price of homes sold in Green hills for September was $513,309.

THe average size of Green Hills homes sold in Septembert was 3303 square ft compared to 3439 square ft in 2008.

Green Hills continues to be one of the favorite locations for those who work in Downtown Nashville.
