Today I have spent the whole day with several of the agents from our market center ant the Keystone conference center in Keystone, Colorado. We aare training with about 500 other Keller Williams agents from all over Colorado.
We are learning all kinds of things about how to help our clients Buyers or Sellers. Everything from first time home buyers to helping investors buy and sell homes.
We are ineracting with lenders who are doing multiple jumbo loans and they tell me they can do them at 10% down, the value of a home warranty, and title companies who insure the asset is clear.
Tomorrow will be another great day!!
