This past Saturday while excuting a contract the listing agent asked my client what room she was going to be putting her new baby girl in. Well it will be a pink room we will have to paint it. The agent then said that room was pink but due to feed back we painted it a nice cream color. So we all said this is funny. My clients are looking forward to closing and painting the room pink. lol

Pink it is. If it was pink they might have painted it yellow--one never knows.

Donna: I think painting a room pink is a wonderful idea. I would choose a soft pink, so I could decorate it would other, more vibrant shades of pink... with furnishings, curtains and wall-hangings.
