Sharon, that's great.
Sounds like there's good real estate news everywhere.  Even here, things are going slightly nuts (in some areas, better than others).

Hopefully, the recession is (almost) over.

Sylvie - I agree, I hope the recession is almost over.  I am not sure with summer ending we will slow down on sales.

Sharon, we had a really busy Winter, and people are saying this Winter will be the same.  We don't have enough inventory in some areas right now, which is driving the prices up.  Things seem to be moving along for some ....

There are those, however, who have lost jobs, or are on reduced hours, who are anxiously awaiting getting back to normal, before they buy.  I think the job market is lagging a little bit, but hopefully, it will catch up soon.

Sharon, things are moving for Florida. My sister-in-laws mother sold her home in Vera Beach which was on the market a short time.

Hi Matt - There is 46 subdivisions that make up Carrollwood Village.  If you want you can view on their web site:  Condos, townhomes and single family homes which some are located on the golf course.

Also, here in Tampa we are experiencing large amount of short sales and REO's.

Hi Sharon,

Glad to see you're keeping busy and hoping that life is treating you well.  Everyone is fine on this end including the outdoor kitties.  They were well cared for while we were away.  Got the cold shoulder for a couple of days but we're back to normal again ;-)
