As I have been reading on AR and experiencing on a daily basis at work, foreclosures in these three states are growing and not slowing; a dismal and dissapointing fact in our country of countries. Homeowners cannot get modifications or simply cannot get approved for a short sale. What are they to do? What are we doing? or even a deeper question - How will we generate cash in our industry?
Little know exactly what is involved in a Trustee Sale and what can legally delay the sale of a property. Mind you, I am not a trustee or can explain the innerworkings of such foreclosure proceedings. However, our company is very successful at questioning the tactics of the foreclosure proceedings and getting the trustee to delay the sale. This is simply done with insider knowledge that only an insider can possess. Because California is a non-judicial state, there is no judge to oversee the foreclosure of one's property.
How does the homeowner know that everything is in order?
Are they being taken advantage of?
Over 95%+ of our clients stay in their home over 12 months. The quickest was sold in six months and fifteen days. This may be a great product for those troubled homeowners or even for my readily capable short sale gurus to buy some time, increase leverage, or simply create revenue where Midas had not laid his blessed fingers.
Thanks to John and his great article on the FDIC for inspiring this post. Thought it may come in handy as you all ream through the potential profit driving people.
