Google Base Search

Have you found this yet?  It's a really great tool to find homes, cars, product.. anything you're looking for in any territory with keywords.

Here's just a small example of how it's helping my clients:   LEVINE offers a For Sale By Owner program for sellers who just don't want to work with a realtor.  That's great and all but if you have someone else on your side supporting you @ open houses to help talk up the property, trial and error says that it will sell quicker.

At LEVINE, we offer all the legal documents, disclosures and advice that the FSBO client needs from start to close absolutely free, as long as they agree to to work with one of our loan officers who can put a sign in their yard, go to open houses and prequalify people so that the seller knows that he doesn't have any tire-kickers.  I use this program with multiple loan officers in multiple territories.

So a loan officer (or a realtor @ that) can go to http://base.google.com/ and click on housing.  You have this information to fill out:
