Question for Sacramento Area Agents and Realtors
Do you think Call Capture sign riders are a valuable tool in the Sacramento area?I have offered the service free (I handle all of the phone calls to prevent RESPA issues) to area realtors and very few are interested. Of the signs I have placed, I haven’t had much response. Does the fact that we have a public MLS site here mean that buyers are not checking out neighborhoods by car? Do buyers prefer a paper “Take One” flyer?I would like to hear your thoughts.Thank you!
