Leads are flying. My agents leads are doubling. Buyers have urgency to their goals. Multiple offers are being seen again. So did you get a good nights sleep to handle the flow increase. I am asking our agents to strap up and run 30 days hard. So are they ready. We do not sell well even with a motivated buyer when we are tired.
We have a slow market for 2 years here. The market is back, at least for the short run. So, are we rested to handle the volume and unit increases.
