get a good nights sleep

Leads are flying. My agents leads are doubling. Buyers have urgency to their goals. Multiple offers are being seen again. So did you get a good nights sleep to handle the flow increase. I am asking our agents to strap up and run 30 days hard. So are they ready. We do not sell well even with a motivated buyer when we are tired.

We have a slow market for 2 years here. The market is back, at least for the short run. So, are we rested to handle the volume and unit increases.

Absolutely. Great point. I'm an early to bed early to rise person -- most of my focus work done BEFORE phones start to ring at 8 am.

And I tell clients unless ABSOLUTELY necessary I will not respond past 6 pm because I am tired and stupid then and they do not want a stupid person on their deal. :)

It's been crazy here, especially the last two months.  More and more folks are looking to build custom - costs are lower, lots are more negotiable.

We've seen a definite uptick in volume here in Austin as well. It's looking more and more like the tax credit is going to be extended. I have several buyers that are counting on it. Now it's time for the buyers to begin to trickle up.
