Another new waterfront luxury project here on the Big Island. Keep in mind - if you or anyone you know is considering oceanfront property on the Big Island the sooner they get into the market the better. "Atlanta-based Jacoby Development seeks to build Kona Kai Ola, a project of 1,800 timeshare units, 700 hotel units and about 600 boat slips. Plans also call for the extension of Kuakini Highway to connect with Kealakehe Parkway to provide an alternative route to Queen Kaahuman Highway"
