Slowly we turn, inch by inch . . .  . Activity this week was less than last week, but ahead of this time last year. Average selling prices were higher. I expect activity to increase in the coming weeks as the deadline for first-time homebuyers approaches.  If you are interested in the details of the home that sold in your neighborhood, email me.

Hi Paul, I wonder what is up with Kingston?   It is a beautiful area (might include parts of Indianola?) and no closings for that week 2  years in a row.  Hmmm.  Nice to see a fellow Peninsula person on Active Rain!  Have a good weekend.

Hi Julie -- As you know, Kingston is pretty small. Presently there are 28 pendings in Kingston--just taking a while to get funding, I would think. HVCC??

Hi Paul!  Interesting.... your market area has increased in overall values?  Ours are lower than they have ever been!  Good for you though.  Thank you for commenting on my post today!
