All right agents, I am finally going to share with you, your sellers and your buyers what the general Media either does not know or does not want the "general" public to know!  Let's wake up!  The prices are not turning around and movingup, although "someone" is attempting to make us all believe it.  The reason prices "seam" to be going up is simple.  Short sale listing agents are underlising the price of the propery, correct me if I am wrong.....then, then the bank approves the short sale at a slightly higher price and the MLS listing price goes up, it "appears" the property sold for more than it was worth and a bidding war pushed the price up. NOT the case.  What I am saying is let understand what is the honest truth about what is REALLY going on. Prices have NOT bottomed out, not even close! Some agents agree with me and some think I am nuts (or are they!) until I say, well, "if you are right, how do you feel about the Shadow Inventory"?  I get the strangest look.  Most agents do not even know about the "Shadow Inventory" do you?

 

Humm, this is where I was going to write all about the hidden fact....Shadow Inventory, but I am not sure there is an interest. So........tell me, what you think I am talking about and lets see how many of you are at the top of your GAME! Let's get some participation!
