Zillow has just released a free iPhone app so as you drive or stroll through neighborhoods, price estimates pop up on more than 88 million sales, not just homes that are for sale. If you pass a home FOR SALE you can now access the information immediately: pricing, bedrooms, baths, square footage and more. No more pencil and paper notes!
