I recently purchased the book and am reading it now. I also read his other book The Millionaire Real Estate Agent. I really enjoyed the first one and found it very useful. I'm sure the same will happen with this book as well.

I got the book on Friday, I have already learned that my Lead Conversion in this market is WAY off! I need to fine toon some things if I want to meet my goal, in this shifted market.
