How To Hyperlink with a Mac

I just spent a few moments on the phone with Lydia Heaton, of Active Rain, she explained to me how to make hyperlinks with the Mac. If you noticed, the icons to do so are not highlighted for us MAC'ers. Just type in the text you would like to hyperlink, highlight the text, and kazaam, there's my hyperlink window! Hope this comes in handy for anyone.
