I post this here, maybe some of you encountered the same problem. Since I uploaded my Hi Rex head shot on my profile, I am having trouble seeing my photo. Some days the photo appears next to my comments and in my profile, some days not, this morning I wrote a post and the photo was there, tonight...not so much:(
Any advice?

I see a photo in your profile. Glad to see that Brad had responded to this post as he will most definitely help get it fixed.

HI Brad! Thanks for trying to fix t, but from the comments, it seems that not everybody is able to see the picture.
This morning looks OK. I will keep an eye on it.

I only see an "X" where your photo should be, can you contact an Active Rain Ambassador to help?
Have you tried re-loading the picture? I really like being able to see who I am chatting with online, it is a nice feature.
The Active Rain gurus were working on this for few days. I think it is a browser incompatibility. I have a Mac and I can see my photo on Safari, but not on Firefox. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Yes, Kate...I like to see at least the person I am communicating with:)
It is back!!! Let's see if it will last:)
