Great images. You should have put a coin or something next to them so we could tell how big they are.

How did they get into a cattle pond, Trey?  The way they are set up, they look kind of like the wings of a butterfly.

I was wondering where you went to take the picture so I read through your comments. Now I can say, "Ah, yes, the ol' cattle pond mussels." There's nothing like Texas!
