Sonoran Property Inspections- Do you want real value for your clients?

Nice advertisement Jerry.  I've found that providing a picture on my ads were a hindrance, as it allows too much opportunity for scrutiny, I'm too old, too young, too white, too dark, too clean, etc.  The less that people know about you upfront, the better.  I mean, a mature white guy, using the words scary in his ads, sounds like he's going to find everything possibly wrong with the house (not that you shouldn't) and for many agents, that's just not what they want.  I hope you don't mind the critique.
