Mary, don't you just love charts...we just got TrendGraphics for our office and everyone is excited about that!! Yours sure show that the market is not steady yet! But the stock market is inching up again to the 10,000 mark....could it be turning?????

Thank you Dorie, I like the charts, I'm afraid when there are a bunch of numbers on the page my eyes start to glaze over pretty quickly :-)  Now, if we could just get the charts to tell a better story! LOL!

 

Hi Caren, It seems there are some indicators of turning, I don't see it in the Livermore lot sales, but I see it in the Livermore home sales.. I'm not familiar with TrendGraphics - but I imagine you are going to have a lot of good charts to see! Thank for your thoughts on it, Caren!

Beautiful photo, and great graphic. I'm still trying to nail down a format for my stats. BTW, who's your biggest employer in your area? Are you all a mountain type community, you resort type? Or is your area a bedroom community to a larger city?

Hi Marianne, Thank you for stopping by today - there is not a lot of employment here, the schools, the Association offices, Fox Acres Country Club, and the Restaurants & Resorts... Construction, and Real Estate services - of course:-)  .There are many large ranches, too, and those ranchers make their living from their land.  Although there are some second homes and camping lots in Glacier View - there are more full time residents. I would classify Glacier View Meadows and most of Livermore as a bedroom community to Fort Collins about 35 miles away

People can commute from the Village of Red Feather, and Crystal Lakes...which is about 12 -20 miles further - but there are more 2nd homes and fewer full time residents -  it's more of a recreational mountain subdivision.  Thanks for asking!

I have been in withdrawal not having ECON graphs to go over and lo and behold I now have graphs to analyze!  Do your consumers give you any feedback about your area stats?  Mary you get an A+ !

(It looks like someone was working on her snowday to prepare all these, or did she play in the snow and go with a re-blog instead???????)

Hi Bruce,  Thanks for the A+ and for stopping by :-)  I'm sure you are used to much more intricate graphs than these.  I update them every month, and send them to my sellers and try to post them here, at least quarterly.  I think the sellers appreciate the info and can see that the markets are still a little slow.  I did these yesterday, Bruce -- no working on a snow day - it's the rule LOL!!
