While most Realtors are sitting back and taking a little time off, the ones that will be winning in 2010 are building their inventory of listings now! They are focused on their goals for 2010 and know how many listings they need to take to achieve a certain amount of GCI, how many appointments they'll need to go on to acquire those listings and how many calls they'll need to make each day to get those appointments. At a recent Business Planning Clinic with Gene Rivers of Keller Williams Realty we focused on the few necessary elements for having a success year in Real Estate. He pointed out that if you're not focusing now on 2010 you'll probably have the same or worse business as you did in 2009! Yikes, I don't think anyone wants to go backwards! So focus on what you want to achieve in 2010 and set your plan up. Daily, weekly, monthly! Just ask yourself, "What If?"
