Hello, I have sold a house in this market in 5days. How you may ask? well my sellers when at the time listened to my professional suggestion off of my cma. We listed with the price that I knew would create a flow of traffic. 5 days later I had multiple offers and we came to an accepted offer. My sellers are so happy and so am I. It is rewarding when this truly happens because you know you have made a difference and your clients are listening when you speak the truth about the market. Off to my next listing!!
