How can this be free??? This is a great idea....

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Fort Myers & The Islands

Last night I told the tale of my "Miami Vice" condo. I try and give people accurate descriptions but do it in such a way as not to bore anyone.

Some people post simply to rack up points w/o having any meaningful content. My reason for being in ActiveRain is to teach & to learn.

I was told about www.homefeedback.com and was hoping that some people would be willing to respond how the site has helped them. Is it useful? Easy to use? Is there a "catch" somewhere? I am not clear as to how it can be free.  I would love to hear from those that have used it for a while and have really "tested" it out so I can decide whether to implement this into my business.

Thanks,

Red

I used homefeedback when it was a monthly charge.  Hadn't heard about it being free.  If it's free I'm sure it's trying to sell my sellers something....  I'll check it out and see.  Lately I've just been calling for feedback. The feedback I got on homefeedback was always very generic

I don't know about this site -- I do like to have feedback sent to be via email.  It makes it easier for me to give feedback on showings.  Otherwise, it sometimes get put to the end of the day.  If I have the form right in front of me when I am checking my email -- it makes it much more convenient.
