Well it’s mid June already! Where has the spring gone? Pretty soon it will be summer and then, as quick as it came, next thing you know it’ll be the 3rd week of August with the north wind blowing again! Somebody should come up with a scheme to tow the whole peninsula of Nova Scotia south…maybe just off Florida somewhere.
Real Estate is just as seasonal it seems. That’s why it’s important to pick the right price when selling. Should I try for an extra $10,000? The answer is no. Stay with the data your agent supplies you with. If you are going to try the market to see if you have the “magical house” to do it with then stick to 2 or 3 weeks - then reduce it back to reality.
Otherwise, next thing you know fall shows up and then winter. The seasons move fast here. Make sure your house is priced correctly the first time!
