Yep. Sometimes we spend too much time on that list and it grows and grows. Then, we've lost sight of what is important. I call those "outcomes" MITs--most important tasks.

Tom, it is true. We do spend a lot of time on non-income producing to do's. Karen said it before me, take care of what is important first, or income producing tasks....

Tom:  The "to-do" list can sometimes be overwhelming.  By using your suggestion, the list doesn't seem so daunting anymore.  Personally, I need to focus more on the outcomes, as you suggest ... so I can actually turn the "to-dos" into "to-DONES".  Thanks for making it more clear ...

Tom - excellent point, I tend to be a super list maker and it can get to be overwhelming. I'm going to try your suggestion; it makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the tip and for posting your videos on ActiveRain and by email.
