Fair Warning Tuesday Foreclosure auctions on the island of Maui Hawaii

 


 

 

I have been so busy that I have not posted any of the results of Friday's, Monday's and now today's foreclosure auctions so I will lump them all together right now. 

 


 

 

Friday October 9th 2009 there were five foreclosures:

 

  1. 73 Honuea Place Kihei HI 96753 in the Honu Alahele Subdivision was foreclosed upon @ $617,219.55 by the lien holder. 
  2. 3255 Kehala Drive Kihei, HI 96753 Maui Meadows subdivision was foreclosed upon @ $756,500.00 by the lien holder.
  3. 242 Anamuli street Kahului HI 96732 Maui Lani subdivision was foreclosed upon @ $340,000.00 by the lien holder
  4. 318 Halekai Kiehi HI 96753 was foreclosed upon @ $291,879.00 by the lien holder.
  5. 1403 Front street Lahaina Hi 96761 was foreclosed upon @ $420,000.00 by the lien holder

 

 


 

  1. On Monday October 12th there was one foreclosure a vacant lot on 3433 Anuwanu place Pukalani, Hi. 96768 was foreclosed upon @ $572,869.00 by the lien holder
