You must have your new home under contract in Augusta GA by October 30, 2009. This will allow Your lender and Attorney to complete all the documentation needed. Please be sure that your closing is no later than November 26th allowing time for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
It is very important to try to get a contract this week or it will be very tough to close!!
I have one scheduled to close early November. Was my ONLY first time buyer during the year. Great timing on this post. They better HURRY!
