When you asked them to lower price they said, "OH NO, we have to get $$$" and when asked about commission, "OH NO, we don't have alot of wiggle room" - whats up with that?
I have 35 listings, so its not for lack of listings, but when I feel I did everything right, and the seller lets my listing expire and relists with another agent, it hurts my feelings. Why do they do this? Guess I n eed thicker skin?
