Can you believe it that it is already October 2009? I will never forget when I was 16 years old and an older gentleman told me " Son, enjoy your life nw because as you get older time seems like it moves faster every year". How true!

Here in Albuquerque we continue to be blessed with a good market. Are closed sales are up this month, our inventory is stable and we are seeing some excellent activity in the $120,000-$250,000 range. This has really been fueled by the $8000.00 Tax Credit which we hope will be extended for all buyers.

One bit if good news is that the Tax Credit has been extended for Military personnel that were out of the country an unable to tax advantage of this program. This is good for us as we have a client who is just getting back from overseas.
